Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Elsa OS (the “Service”), provided by J-Craft Boats AB (“we”). By using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent (the “Customer”). If a separate written agreement exists between us and the Customer, that agreement takes precedence.

The Service

Elsa OS is a business tool for marketing and sales operations. It qualifies and scores leads, prepares suggested next steps and messages, drafts replies to social media comments, and compiles marketing reports from tools the Customer connects. Access is limited to members of a Customer’s organization.

Accounts

You must keep your sign-in credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. The Customer decides who in its organization has access and with which role.

Connected services

The Service works with third-party services such as HubSpot, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, Slack and others. By connecting one, you authorize us to access it on the Customer’s behalf within the permissions you grant. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and you can disconnect them at any time.

Your data and responsibilities

The Customer owns the data it brings into the Service and grants us the rights needed to process it to provide the Service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. The Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis to process the personal data of its leads and contacts, including any research, scoring and CRM updates it instructs the Service to perform, and for the content it publishes or sends.

AI-generated output

Lead reports, scores, estimates, drafts and recommendations are generated with AI and may be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them. The Service does not post replies to social media without a person’s explicit approval, and the Customer is responsible for what it approves.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to break the law, send spam or harass anyone.
• Do not try to access other customers’ data or circumvent security or usage limits.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or overload the Service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Termination

The Customer may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms. On termination, we delete Customer data on request or as set out in our agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes will be settled by its courts.
